THE PRO TRAIN EXPERIENCE

We specialise in training business professionals and correcting the mobility issues, weight gain, muscle loss and pain caused by a demanding corporate lifestyle.  We monitor our clients’ stress levels, fatigue, mental and physical health to ensure the training demands match the clients’ needs. We focus on correcting the foot, ankle and knee pain caused by standing work stations and long hours in poor footwear and correcting the hip, back and shoulder joint problems with clients who spend too many hours seated in a car or at a desk. Improving your mobility and posture is crucial to reversing this damage and restoring full range of motion.
